Our university signed a cooperation memorandum with Zhejiang University of Technology, one of China’s leading technical universities. This agreement marks a new stage in scientific, educational, and innovative collaboration between the two institutions.
Zhejiang University of Technology is ranked 501–600 in the THE World University Rankings 2026 and is well known for its strong academic schools in artificial intelligence, software engineering, and digital technologies. The university is located in Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang Province — a global hub for IT and high-tech industries, home to major companies such as Alibaba, Huawei, ByteDance, and NetEase.
The cooperation includes plans for 2+2 joint degree programs, student and faculty exchange, mutual credit recognition, and joint scientific projects. This partnership will create valuable opportunities for our students to study in China’s advanced technological ecosystem and gain experience through internships at leading tech companies.
This memorandum represents an important step in strengthening scientific and educational relations between Uzbekistan and China. We will continue expanding joint academic programs and developing innovative collaborative initiatives.
